We are a family care-giver business based in Griffith NSW focusing on providing in-home care to the disabled and vulnerable community. Everything we do is centred around you as our clients and your needs. Our trained staff are focused on providing the service that encompasses our core value and that is that kindness matters and all our clients will be treated with the utmost respect that they deserve.
Our Process:
We recognise that disabled people are not from one group. We understand that every disabled person has different health conditions and challenges. We never provide a one-size-fits-all solution. Our service is entirely centred on each person’s specialised needs.
Before we agree to work for you, we spend time in getting to know you. This is important to make sure that not only we can provide you with a tailored solution for your desired care but also to build the foundation of our ongoing relationship.
A helping hand around your home:
Our focus will be on you and the assistance and care you need.
Whether changing the bed sheets, mopping the floor, walking the dog, cooking a meal, we can help you with the chores done in your home so you can enjoy and feel comfortable in your home. We can also be just be there to be a friend to have a chat when needed.
Community Participation:
We understand that you might feel the need to belong to a community and feel connected to people your age. We understand that it is important for all social beings to interact within the community to improve their mental health and have an optimistic approach towards life.
We can help you feel connected to the community as it is one of the most important parts for all people with disability for both their physical & emotional well-being.
Transport Assistance:
Getting out and about is part of every person’s daily life, whether you are planning a day out, doing your weekly shop or heading to a regular doctor’s appointment, feeling confident and safe is important.
We can arrange for suitable transport to facilitate whatever travel arrangements you require.
